Step 6: How to Create Your Message Templates in the SalesReach Content Library

Message Templates allow you to quickly add prewritten text to the page. They make for an easy way to get a jump start on page creation and personalized outreach. 

Steps to creating a Message Template

  1. From the SalesReach Dashboard expand the Sidebar Menu
  2. Locate "Content Library"
  3. Under Content Library click "Message Templates"
  4. From the Message Templates section of the Content Library locate "Add New" in the upper right
  5. Click the "Add New" button, then click "Message Template"
  6. Give your Message Template an internal name in the "Title" field so you can find this Message Template quickly
  7. Enter a customer-facing Headline
  8. Enter customer-facing content here is where you want to enter your message just as you would type out an email. Keep it short and sweet.
  9. Select a permission level under "Permissions"
    1. Everyone - all SalesReach users at your company will have access
    2. Just Me - keep this Message Template to yourself 
    3. Selected Groups - if you have a team that could find this message template valuable, perhaps it's generic enough to be copied or it's something you'd like your BDR's to try out give that group access.

9. Click "Save" to create your new Message Template

 

Once your Message Template is saved you may organize it within folders and access it with the Visual Builder while you are creating SalesReach Pages.
