Step 7: How to Add Images and Logos to Brand Your SalesReach Pages

Read more about adding important image files such as logos to your SalesReach Content Library.

Images are located in the SalesReach Content Library. Use images in the Hero Section, the Header, and the Contact Section (sometimes referred to as the Footer). Images can have a powerful impact on the layout of your SalesReach Page.

 

Adding Images to the SalesReach Content Library

  1. From the SalesReach Dashboard expand the Sidebar Menu
  2. Locate "Content Library"
  3. Under Content Libray click "Images"
  4. From the Images section within the Content Library locate the "Add New" button in the upper right 
  5. Click the "Add New" button then click "Image" in the dropdown menu
  6. Give your image an internal name in the "Title" field so you can find it quickly
  7. Upload an image file to SalesReach
  8. Select a permission level under "Permissions"
    1. Everyone - all SalesReach users at your company will have access
    2. Just Me - keep this Message Template to yourself 
    3. Selected Groups - if you have a team that could find this message template valuable, perhaps it's generic enough to be copied or it's something you'd like your BDR's to try out give that group access.
  1. Click "Save" to complete and add your image to the Content Library

It's recommended that users have an image file uploaded to SalesReach that depicts their logo with a transparent background. Files that have a transparent background are often .PNG files. Locate one of these and upload it to SalesReach so that you can add it to the Contact Section or the Hero Section.
