Allow SalesReach BuyerVideo to access your camera and microphone on your Windows PC.
SalesReach BuyerVideo will need to have permission to access your camera and microphone on your computer.
If you're experiencing trouble with BuyerVideo, checking your settings with your computer is an important step. You will need to enable your browser (software used to access the internet such as Chrome or Firefox) on your computer.

Here's how to get your Camera and Microphone set up on your PC so you can use SalesReach BuyerVideo
1. Check out the Windows search feature in the bottom left
2. Type "Settings"
3. Open the Windows Settings App
4. Click on Privacy
Now, your screen should look pretty much like this:
5. Click on Camera on the right-hand menu
Make sure you see your browser listed here.
6. Repeat Step 3 for Microphone
