Allow Camera and Mic Permissions on Apple Mac Computer

Allow SalesReach BuyerVideo to access your camera and microphone on your Apple Mac Computer.

SalesReach BuyerVideo will need to have permission to access your camera and microphone on your computer. 

If you're experiencing trouble with BuyerVideo, checking your settings with your computer is an important step. You will need to enable your browser (software used to access the internet such as Chrome or Firefox) on your computer.

Here's how to get your Camera and Microphone set up on your Mac so you can use SalesReach BuyerVideo

1. Click the Apple Logo in the top right corner of your Mac 

2.  Then click System Preferences

3.  Next click Security & Privacy

4. Navigate to Privacy 

5. Then click Camera

6. Make sure your browser is allowed access (as in the screenshot above)

7. If the browser does not have a checked box next to it in the settings then click to check the box to allow access

8. If you make any changes you may need to enter your computer's password to make the update
