When uploading files to SalesReach, there are specific file types and size restrictions for each tool.

Content Library
You can upload any file type to the Content Library of SalesReach. To get the best use the sections of the Content Library as they are intended.
Where should specific file types be uploaded?
- Assets - any file below 35 MB can become an Asset in SalesReach. You may also use a public link to anything outside of SalesReach to create an Asset as well.
- Bios - image and text
- Message Templates - text
- Images - any image file type
- Videos - a link to a video hosted on another platform
What types of image files does SalesReach support?
When uploading images to the Images section of the Content Library tool, the following file types are supported:
- jpg
- jpeg
- png
- tif
- tiff
- ico
- bmp
- webp
Currently, there is a 35 MB file size limit to all files uploaded to SalesReach. If a file is 35 MB or more, you may experience an issue with uploading the file.
What types of document files does SalesReach support?
The following document file types can be uploaded as Assets in SalesReach:
- pptx
- csv
- docx
- xlsx
Any videos, .gifs, and hyperlinks included in your file will not function when the file is uploaded to the documents tool. The file size limit for documents is 35 MB.
How to share files larger than the file size limit with SalesReach
If you have a file that is larger than the file size limit for SalesReach you can still create an Asset in SalesReach.
If you or your company has a cloud-hosted file storage service such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTranser, Firefox Send, Box or another similar service simply use the public share link your able to create with that service as your Asset in SalesReach.
