How to personalize message templates on-page

Message templates within SalesReach exist to make it easy for you to quickly personalize any page for your prospects or customers.

In sales, customer success and onboarding, many of us find that we say very similar things to our prospects and customers at the various stages of their buying journey with only minor personalization required.

An example of this is how most sales teams have templated emails saved to use as starting points in their messaging. Sometimes these messages are created with the help of marketing, sometimes by the rep themself.

This is no different in SalesReach. We absolutely encourage you to create as many message templates as you and your various teams need to leverage at every stage of the customer journey to help you save time while guiding your customers through the sales, customer success or onboarding stages.

Keep in mind, if using our permission controls and groups features for your team that you can additionally restrict message templates to only the teams or individuals that need them within your company.

If you are using a message template as a starting point on any page you are creating, you have the option to quickly edit a generic template by selecting the "Customize Template" toggle.

Tip: Write your generic message templates in a way that makes it easy to add a company or individual names for better personalization. Additionally, the page headline is the text that will appear in your Linkedin message under the custom video Gif should you share on social so give your prospects something immediately identifiable.
